The pan-European mid-market private equity firm, Agilitas, along with other minority shareholders, have successfully completed the sale of the Reconor Group to a fund advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLP. Plesner acted as a lead legal counsel for Agilitas on the transaction.
Founded in 1977, The Reconor Group is a leading Danish provider of environmental and sustainable solutions for handling soil, construction, and demolition waste. The Reconor Group provides its core offerings through its resources business, Norrecco, and its logistics business, City Container.

With more than 600 skilled employees in Denmark and strategically positioned recycling and remediation facilities in key areas, the Reconor Group is poised for continued growth under the ownership of funds advised by Basalt Infrastructure Partners.
